Sometimes we become “adjusted” to living in pain. We have lived in this state for so long we have just accepted it as it is; We have become numb, instead of heeding to our “inner voice” when something feels “wrong for us”. We are just accustomed to living life in this manner and anything else seems not only impossible; but fearful.
We can begin to make a change in our lives by realizing that we weren’t created to live life in constant pain. Life was meant to be lived to its fullest; to the best of our abilities; to be shared with others that love us and want us to be happy. When we realize this we can begin feeling the feelings behind our pain; knowing that if we listen to our “inner voice” , we will know when something is right or wrong for us; it will lead us to the right people ; right places ; and into the right situations.
Trust your inner voice; let go of the pain; release it and you will find a freedom , that words cannot describe!
