  1. Many have found that the best sleeping pill comes in the form of counting one’s blessings, naming them one-by-one. By slowing seeing everything through God’s colorful eyes, we see that sweet sleep has a way of restoring our body. It allows our body to repair and revitalize organs and tissues, restores our nervous system. Having a warm cup of herbal tea, soaking in a warm bathe, or reading a good book cues our body to settle down for a very sweet and restful sleep. Doing relaxation exercises,& slow rhythemic breathing once in bed allows us to dream colorfully..
